Raised on the beaches of Hanalei Bay, Kauai, Kalie learned early the values of balance, connection, and intentional living, principles that continue to anchor her work today. Over the past two decades, she has supported an extraordinary range of clients - including public figures, founders, creative leaders, and global-impact entrepreneurs, in roles spanning estate management, executive support, private chef, producer, and personal assistant.

These experiences shaped her rare talent for anticipating needs, navigating complexity with calm, and designing systems that bring order where others see chaos. Kalie sees a home as a living ecosystem, one that functions best when every detail is thoughtfully orchestrated and supported by processes that allow life to flow with ease.

In 2020, she founded Marin Estate Management to combine her expertise with her passion for helping families thrive. Her approach transcends logistics and traditional property management; she becomes a true partner in her clients’ success, creating environments that foster security, privacy, and emotional wellness. By simplifying even the most intricate demands, she empowers clients to focus on what matters most while her team handles the rest with professionalism and care.

Under her leadership, MEM has grown into a boutique agency defined by trust, discretion, foresight, exceptional estate and vendor management, and a deeply felt culture of care. Now based in Marin County with her eight-year-old son, Finley, Kalie leads with warmth, clarity, and purpose. Her work is not simply estate management, it is the creation of a grounded, nurturing foundation that allows every family MEM serves to feel supported, secure, and truly free to thrive.
