Raised on the beaches of Hanalei Bay, Kauai, Kalie learned early the value of balance, connection, and resilience. Over the past two decades, she has supported some of the world’s most accomplished individuals in roles ranging from estate manager and executive assistant to private chef and producer.
These experiences shaped her rare ability to see both the big picture and the smallest detail — transforming complexity into calm, and building systems where others see chaos.
In 2020, Kalie founded MEM to combine her expertise with her passion for helping families thrive. Today, MEM reflects her values: trust, excellence, and intentional living. Under Kalie’s leadership, MEM has become a trusted name in Marin estate management — a boutique agency with a legacy of care, vendor expertise, and discretion.
